You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. xx66 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify support immediately.
xx66 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may request supporting documents at any stage, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held until verification is satisfactorily completed. This process protects all users and helps maintain the integrity of the platform.
xx66 supports PKR-denominated transactions only. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals where applicable:
All account balances are held and displayed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees. The available deposit and withdrawal limits for each payment method are displayed in your account cashier section.
Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your account balance instantly in most cases. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day. xx66 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawal times vary by method and by your VIP tier — higher VIP tiers benefit from expedited processing. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Maximum withdrawal limits per day and per week are linked to your VIP tier — Diamond tier members benefit from the highest available limits.

All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games and time limit for each bonus are stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering on games that are excluded from a particular bonus will not count towards the wagering requirement and may result in the bonus being voided.
xx66 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk or mathematically hedged betting patterns to clear bonus wagering requirements; or withdrawing a bonus before meeting its wagering conditions. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have the relevant bonus and any associated winnings removed, and may face permanent account closure.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the promotion page, only one bonus can be active on your account at any time. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the prior bonus being forfeited. Check your account bonus section before claiming a new offer.

xx66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a violation of these Terms has occurred, where fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other users.
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed Terms violation, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be held pending investigation and returned to the payment method on file once the investigation is concluded, at xx66's discretion.
You may close your xx66 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closing, ensure that any remaining real-money balance is withdrawn, as xx66 cannot guarantee access to funds after an account is closed. Accounts under active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is complete.
xx66 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure uptime and availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.
